Hugh Warden is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Edinburgh. Their main research focus is the application of machine learning in biology and healthcare. For their PhD, they developed software for the morphological profiling of digital pathology slides at single-cell resolution to investigate and quantify differences in cellular appearance associated with varying mutations shortly after oncogenesis
