RubberDUQ workshop

This workshop, supported by the EPSRC grant RubberDUQ: flexible dynamical universal quantum computing, aims at stirring collaboration in the community of quantum programming languages, both in theoretical and practical aspects, ranging from type systems and semantics to compilation.
