HPC, Simulation, Exascale computing, Quantum computing

James joined the University in 2020 initially supporting Lattice Quantum Chromodynamics research and the deployment of the Tursa HPC system in physics. James subsequently moved to EPCC in 2022 and his current role entails supporting the national HPC service Archer2 and working on projects related to the simulation of idealised quantum computers
